All interviews for all job positions that have been applied for are postponed until further notice.

To assist in the preventative measures to stop the spread of the Covid-19 virus we have shut down operations and will begin the hiring process when operations are restored and the office re-opens. We are aiming for mid-April but will be going with the information as it becomes available to us.

Hiring process for Lake Babine Nation Administration, Health, Housing, Fisheries, and Economic Development:

Management position

Selection committee consists of: Councillor Portfolio, Executive Director, and Human Resources

Support staff (Field Workers /Labourers)

Selection committee consists of: Human Resources, Program Manager and/or Immediate Supervisor

Entry Level Positions

Selection committee consists of: Human Resources and Immediate Supervisor

When there is a CONFLICT OF INTEREST (Example: Mother, Father, Sister, Brother, In-laws, Step parent, Immediate Household and some cases, best friends) the employee cannot be part of SELECTION PROCESS.

There are set questions designed for the positions and in accordance to Human Rights.
